Machine Learning(ML): In Machine learning, the machine learns itself on the basis of past data with the help of probability and statistics and creates a model. This model helps in predicting the future. The machine keeps on learning from new data.

ML uses different algorithms to parse the data, learn from data, and make a decision on the base of what it has learned.

Deep Learning(DL): DL comes into the picture because nowadays data is very huge. It is a kind of Machine Learning based on the concept of our brain cells called neurons which led to concepts of Artificial Neural Network(ANN).

Deep Learning structures algorithm in layers to create ANN which can learn and make intelligent decisions on its own.
