No Regrets in Life; Only Experience

The human mind tends to think about either the past or the future. It's a real task to keep yourself in the present moment. Whatever is possible, and achievable can be done only in the present movement.

For the future, we usually dream, make plans, or imagine. But where is the action? Action needs to be taken in the present moment to make that plan, goal, and dream work.

The past is usually linked with regrets. I hope I haven’t done this or that. I wish I had done that. This is the usual pattern when we think of the past.

As humans, we need to understand, that we are growing, learning, and experiencing daily, and based on this, our knowledge, mindset, strength, and thinking pattern change with time. That's what we call experience. There are many things we learn from our experience. So, feel no regret for the past, as our behaviour at that particular time was based on our knowledge, and mindset at that time. Now, we think differently because we have learned and experienced lots of things.

The important point here is to keep learning and keep growing; don’t stay stagnant. Sometimes, we don’t realize that we are just dreaming and regretting and not putting our effort into actually doing that work. Work on yourself, and your dreams, and take action in the present moment.

Enjoy your life without any regret with an action mindset.
